Hinged Clip-on, Bobbin, and Flexeclamp CT’s for KLIK meters

Sinergy Clip-On and Flexeclamp CT’s utilise a precision wound aircored inductor integrally coupled to a hybrid integrator module to provide an ac voltage signal directly proportional to the ac current being measured.

These enhanced Rogowski current transducers do not display the eddy current, hysteresis or saturation errors common to iron cored CT’s. They are light and fully insulated for safety. Since they can be secured with a tie wrap, mounting hardware is not required.

Bobbin CT’s will fit comfortably on 0-5A wires at meters or ammeter switches. Bobbins and split Bobbins are available for up to 100A primary currents.

FLEXeCLAMP CT’s for OEM Applications

FLEXeCLAMP’s are manufactured between 27cm and 1.5m lengths with primary current ratings between 100amps & 10,000amps.

Sinergy clamps are unique in offering a low power optional integral hybrid integrator. This is mounted within the clip assembly for superior accuracy and linearity.

Switched ranged &/or battery powered versions complement the wide range of options available to the OEM market.

ESCOT Energy Smart Clip-on Transducers

Sub-metering installation costs are dramically reduced by simply clipping the ESCOT to the appropriate cable. No local voltage connections are necessary.

The ESCOT’s base unit (located up to 1km away) can accept from 3 to 72 CT’s and will produce KWh output pulses for direct connection to loggers or BMS outstations.

Wattchlog PDL 8-32 pulse input data loggers

Will accept up to 32 pulse inputs from any meter source. Online display of demand and consumption and RS232 output to PC or ethenet. Compatible with Deltrax software.

Low Power Radio data collection system

License exempt multi-channel 500 mW pulse input transmitters with an in-building range of up to 500m. The receiver will collect a maximum of 32 metering channels and output either directly to a PC running Deltrax Listener software or as volt free contact pulses to a logger or BMS etc. 

GSM and PSTN modem loggers

2,4, or 8 pulse loggers capable of daily transmission using GSM text via e-mail or website. The PSTN modem logger operates on internal or national telephone networks.

T-Lin linear integrator

A versatile unit that will transform DC current or voltage signals (4-20mA, 0-10Vdc etc) into pulse output for direct connection to loggers or radio transmitters etc. It can also be used to convert 3 analog temperature measurements into pulses utilising its own probes.

Pulse Summator

The Pulse Summator will add or subtract pulse up to 8 channels of equivalent value and output pulses on one channel equivalent to the total.

Optical Meter Reader

This can be simply attached to the front of a meter register.  It uses fibre optics to watch the rotation of a test dial or silvered zero character to produces an output pulse.
